WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK TOGETHER

A romantic wedding couple shares intimate moments along a city waterfront with urban architecture in the background.

1. inquire

Submit your information to check on availability, and we will connect on a consult call to dive into more details together to ensure we are a perfect fit.

2. contract & deposit

After our call, if we are a good fit we will proceed with a contract and deposit to secure your date. I hold the date for 7 days once a contract is issued. The deposit for all wedding packages is 30% of the total cost. The remaining payments are split into 3 equal payments between the contract signing date to one month prior.

3. engagement session

once we are signed and the deposit is paid, it's time to start planning your engagement session! most couples like to do this session not long after booking, but we can do our session any time between signing and the wedding.

4. planning

I am here to assist you during your planning process - i provide my cell phone number to all my couples and encourage you to text me if you have any questions or concerns! I like to have open communication with my couples from the initial inquiry and beyond wedding day. About 6 weeks before the wedding, i will send you my questionnaire that helps me create the photo timeline for the day. From there, we will hop on a call about a month out to go through the timeline creation together and work through any questions or concerns!

10 hours of coverage on your wedding day with two photographers, 2 hr rehearsal dinner coverage, an engagement session (deluxe portrait session), session to be used within 1 year of wedding (boudoir, anniversary, announcement) and $150 print shop credit. Please inquire for a custom quote.

Elopement

2 hours of coverage with one photographer perfect for elopements. Add on an engagement session or additional hours if desired.


FAQ

HOW do you photograph weddings?

I love being by your side to help you on your wedding day. I love capturing candid moments, posed and prompted moments and just genuinely love the electricity of a wedding day. On your wedding day, all I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique.

when will we get our photos?

Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 100 days. You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints! I love to get sneak peeks out on Facebook as well, usually by the end of the following weekend.

how many photos will we receive?

Each wedding is unique and the number of photos in the final gallery varies. I always choose quality rather than quantity, so rest assured each component of your day will be captured in the best way! Generally, about 60-100/hour, although each wedding is different!

where are you based and do you travel?

I'm based in SE Wisconsin, and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story out of state or country, it will require a travel fee/hotel stay depending on where it takes place. But no worries, I always try to find the cheapest way to come because I love the way my creativity sparks in different locations.

how do i receive my gallery?

Your gallery will be delivered via an online link where you can download your high resolution images for printing and web site for sharing on social media!

what is required to hold my date?

To hold your date, i will issue a contract and invoice for the retainer/payment plan. From issue date, you'll have 7 days to pay the retainer and sign your contract.

what is the retainer and what do payment plans look like?

Retainers are 30% of the total cost, and the remainder can be split up however works best for you! Most couples break it up into 3 remaining payments after the retainer is paid. The entire balance is due no later than 30 days to the wedding.
