RENTABLE WISCONSIN PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO
Welcome to The Loft Collective, a beautifully restored 4,000 sq. ft. natural light studio located in the heart of downtown Watertown. Set inside a historic building, this two-level creative space was designed with photographers, creators, and small events in mind.
The studio offers a versatile environment for a wide range of sessions including family and newborn photography, boudoir, branding sessions, headshots, product photography, content creation, and mini sessions.
The studio spans the second and third floors and is accessible via stairwell. The main level features multiple lifestyle-inspired shooting areas with curated furniture and flexible layouts that can easily adapt to different aesthetics and session styles. A kitchenette and bathroom are also located on this level for added convenience.
Upstairs, the open loft features a bright white space with large windows and beautifully refinished original wood floors. The abundant natural light makes this area ideal for clean, airy imagery, while seasonal installations and creative sets rotate throughout the year.
